Remediation

If it is determined that contamination is present at a site, a Remediation Action Plan is often required. Raw Earth will propose a series of appropriate procedures and processes to clean up contamination at a site, over a strategic period of time in line with client objectives & budget.
The Remediation Action Plan will then act as the framework for the remediation process to be implemented as agreed and to meet all regulatory requirements.

  • Asbestos and chemical contamination in soil

Raw Earth’s consultants can provide the sampling and interpretation of data to determine whether the site can be deemed suitable for its intended land use and development. any further remediation works or restrictions on land use are required.

Due Diligence

It is important to know whether the land you are looking to purchase, sell or lease has been previously contaminated so that you don't hold the responsibility for the legacy contamination. A due diligence assessment can aid in understanding and managing any potential liability, cost or opportunity associated with your property assets.

Raw Earth’s experienced consultants can help you develop an investigation to suit your budgets and requirements.

We found the team at Raw Earth Environmental to be agile, efficient and solutions focused. They always take the time to understand our business and our requirements when it comes to environmental assessments and preparing our sites for development applications (DA).
