Demolition activities were supervised by Raw Earth SafeWork NSW Licensed Asbestos Assessors, OH&S Supervisors, SafeWork NSW Licensed Asbestos Assessors and/or Environmental Scientists.
If it was determined that contamination was present at a site, a Remediation Action Plan was implemented. Raw Earth proposed a series of appropriate procedures and processes to clean up contamination at a site, over a strategic period of time in line with client objectives & budget.
The Remediation Action Plan will then act as the framework for the remediation process to be implemented as agreed and to meet all regulatory requirements. Our consultants have experience in remediation of the following:
- Asbestos (friable and non-friable) and chemical contamination in soil.
- Removal of Above and Underground Petroleum Storage Systems.
- Remediation of contamination in groundwater.
- Offsite disposal of waste and hazardous materials.
- Fuel and chemical spills.
Validation programs were implemented to ensure the successful clean up of the site in compliance with regulatory requirements to protect human and ecological health.
Raw Earth’s consultants provided the sampling and interpretation of data to ensure the site was deemed suitable for its intended land use and future develop.
